Here are a handful of special wines we are currently highlighting.
- 2022 Ken Wright Cellars Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
A brilliant core of red and bramble fruits dances with hints of cedar, passion fruit, rose petal, and turned earth. The palate is balanced, with a plush texture and a vibrant, juicy finish.
- Val de Mer – French Sparkling Brut Nature Rosé
100% Pinot Noir fruit from the town of Tonnerre, located 10 miles from Chablis. The grapes are hand-harvested. After a short maceration on the skins for color, the juice is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks before undergoing secondary fermentation. The wine is aged for 9 months on the lees before it is disgorged. No dosage is added.
- 2019 Peju Cabernet Sauvignon
91 Points – Wine Spectator
91 Points – James Suckling
Gold Medal – SF Chronicle Wine Competition
This 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a beautiful bouquet of dark fruit, warm oak spice, and floral notes. Flavors of wild blackberry, dark chocolate, and candied orange rinds lead to violet characteristics with hints of earthiness. The wellstructured tannins frame the palate for a silky finish.
